We have an excellent record of accomplishment of successful negotiation with insurance companies leading to successful reinstatement of buildings following damage by an insured peril.

Working with clients, insurance companies and underwriters, we have successfully repaired properties both new and old which have been damaged by an insured peril.

Insured peril can mean a range of things, but our particular experience is in repairs following fire, flood or structural movement.

  • Emergency Protection following fire.
  • Advice on methods of drying out buildings following a flood.
  • Monitoring and investigation of structural movement.
  • Repair and reinstatement of buildings following an activation of an insured peril such as fire, flood or structural movement.
  • Experience in dealing with a range of damage including near total destruction.
  • Ability to assist clients through what is a very difficult time by careful analysis of the damage and problems prior to detailed specification of the repairs necessary, followed by overseeing of the works to reinstate the properties to their original condition.
  • We are experienced in bringing a painstaking approach to detail that requires time and patience, together with a detailed analysis of the existing building and remaining structures.

Tailoring the work required and the reinstatement to the funds available.
